Field Enumerators and Supervisors - Marsabit

Key Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with local communities for research activities.
• Collect field data accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize CAPI platforms to record and transmit data.
• Support field operations and coordinate with supervisors.

Requirements

• Be a resident of Marsabit County.
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
• Have at least three (3) years of experience in data collection.
• Be proficient in Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) platforms, including ODK, Survey CTO, Kobo Collect, and Survey To Go.
• Own a tablet or smartphone meeting the following specifications:
  • Android 10 or higher
  • Minimum of 4 GB RAM
  • Screen size of at least 6 inches
• Be available for field assignments for the next three months.
• Provide a recommendation letter from a previous employer or supervisor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in research or fieldwork.
• Ability to engage professionally with local communities.
