Key Responsibilities
System Operation: Run fermentation, distillation, and process control systems efficiently.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 0–5 years of experience working in a process plant (e.g., distillery, brewery, or chemical plant).
Thinking Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
