Quality Meat Packers (QMP) is seeking a Feed Mill Manager to lead end-to-end feed mill operations from raw material intake to finished product dispatch while driving operational efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end feed mill operations from raw material intake to finished product dispatch.
Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimisation.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP+, KEBS, and other regulatory standards.
Manage production planning, maintenance, inventory, and operational budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years’ experience in feed mill operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong expertise in feed manufacturing, plant operations, quality systems, and operational excellence.
Experience with large-scale feed production and integrated poultry operations is an advantage.
