Fashion Sales Rep Sales Full-Time Entry-level(0-1 yr)
Job Description Spinners & Spinners Limited (“S&S”) is a vertically integrated design and manufacturing facility of Textile Product Solutions that positively impact the lives of our consumers. Based in Kenya, and established in 1979, S&S is a heritage company that has deep roots in entrepreneurship within the region. As a Fashion Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving market expansion and achieving significant sales growth targets for both expansion and turnaround business units.
Core Responsibilities Customer Prospecting, Acquisition & Market Expansion
Prospect and acquire key customer partners in the B2B channel.
Actively execute acquisition strategies as per the targets for expansion and turnaround business units.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate trust.
Tell the brand story for existing and new products and services.
Keep customers engaged via virtual and in-person engagement.
Manage primary wholesalers, importers, and agents.
Monitor key account performance to drive business optimization in range and variety.
Order Processing & Fulfilment Planning
Handle timely order placement and collaborative communication with relevant teams.
Proactively share fulfillment information and develop execution plans with customers.
Market Insights & Learnings
Monitor consumers, customers, markets, and competitors to provide marketing/sales intelligence.
Leverage local culture and understand customer business pain points and growth areas.
Differentiation & Innovation Commercialization
Innovate offerings based on customer and consumer insights and execute commercialization.
Drive market depth and spread through multiple universe offerings.
Brand Positioning & Buyer Experience
Deeply understand and drive brand products and services in the market.
Proactively engage with customers on brand value propositions.
Key Deliverables
Sales Growth: Achieve 20% YoY growth for expansion units and 10% YoY growth for turnaround units.
Market Expansion: Establish key customers and cultivate ecosystems for brand differentiation.
Key Accounts: Manage 40 Key Accounts with a minimum growth target of 35% YoY.
Qualifications and Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills.
Strong Customer Relationship Builder.
Multicultural and Multilingual capabilities.
Knowledge of the Textile/Fashion sector and markets.
Ability to manage credit risk and sales pipelines.
