Job Description
MGM Muthu Hotels in Kenya, following its significant acquisition of premier hotels in 2022, is looking to recruit professional F&B Supervisors to join its team. The hotel group is dedicated to providing travelers with a unique, luxury experience that showcases the best of Kenya. This role involves overseeing food and beverage operations to ensure that guest experiences meet the group's high standards of excellence. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee daily operations within the Food and Beverage department.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff, including waiters and stewards, to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all food health and safety regulations.
Support the management team in operational tasks and staff supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a BA, BSc, or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
