Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

• Executive Transportation: Provide safe and punctual transport for the CEO to board meetings, client engagements, airports, and other professional commitments.
• Family Support: Handle family-focused duties such as school runs for children, spousal errands, and medical appointments with cultural sensitivity and utmost confidentiality.
• Route Optimization: Prioritize efficient route planning to ensure advance arrival at all destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle inspections, cleaning, and fueling. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs while adhering to company fleet policies.
• Compliance: Adhere to all Kenyan road safety regulations and log all trips for transport manager compliance and audit trails.

Professional Qualifications and Experience

• Education: KCSE (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education) certificate.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience as a driver with a clean record.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Class BCE/B1C1 driver's license.
• Certification: Defensive driving certification is considered an added advantage.
• Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with Nairobi routes and its environs.
• Soft Skills: Proven discretion regarding executive and family privacy.
