Micro and Small Enterprise Authority (MSEA)
The Enterprise Development Officer (MSEA Grade 6) is responsible for the implementation of policies, projects, and programmes focused on the growth and sustainability of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) within the Turkana region. The Authority is a state corporation established under the Micro and Small Enterprise Act No. 55 of 2012 and is domiciled in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Co-operatives. The role involves direct engagement with stakeholders and providing strategic support to small business owners to enhance their operational capacity.
