The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target sectors.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.
Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in B2B sales within the Kenyan market.
Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local business environment, especially within the region.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Performance: Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and organizational skills.
