Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to students within the British National Curriculum framework.
Integrate technology and IT-based tools into the teaching and learning process.
Assess student progress and tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Foster a classroom environment that promotes personal growth, integrity, and mutual respect.
Collaborate with the teaching staff to maintain the school's standards and supportive community culture.
Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching English Language & Literature in an international school.
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in English or a related field.
A mandatory teaching qualification.
Mandatory registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
High proficiency in IT and digital literacy (IT savvy).
Commitment to the values of integrity, self-discipline, and caring for others.
