Discovery Tools: Leverage AI-driven tools to identify and track discoverable (connected) and non-discoverable (passive) assets across hardware, software, cloud, and network ecosystems.
Cyber Security & Governance: Collaborate with Cyber Security to proactively identify and remediate unpatched assets or unauthorized Shadow IT. Develop technical controls to ensure 100% license compliance and audit readiness.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including Network, Cloud, Security, Applications, and Vendors. Work closely with strategic partners to maximize value.
Continuous Improvement: Drive standardization, automation, and adoption of best practices across the technology ecosystem.
Financial Sustainability: Link asset management decisions to business value by reducing IT spend, avoiding compliance penalties, and ensuring investments are financially sustainable.
Project Governance: Support planning, execution, and governance of platform projects, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BSc/B-Tech in Computer Science, Electrical/Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT Asset Management, systems engineering, or IT operations in large-scale environments.
Tools: Experience with ITAM/ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Flexera, or BMC Helix (Remedy).
