Role Overview
In this role, you will be part of a team shaping EV infrastructure and making a significant impact on sustainable transport. You will be responsible for overseeing the energy network operations in Nairobi, ensuring that battery-swapping stations are consistently available and functioning optimally to support the growing user base.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the battery-swapping network within the Nairobi region.
Network Performance: Monitor and analyze the uptime and efficiency of charging stations, implementing strategies to maximize network availability.
Infrastructure Growth: Support the strategic expansion of universal energy infrastructure for various electric vehicle segments.
Team Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and rapid resolution of network issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
A professional interest in electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, renewable energy, or sustainable technology.
Strong organizational, leadership, and management capabilities.
Ability to manage complex technical and operational infrastructure networks.
