Outspan Medical College (OMC), an extension of Outspan Hospital, is seeking a dedicated E-learning Administrator. The job holder will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for Outspan Global University, ensuring the effective integration of technology into teaching, learning, and assessment, supporting academic staff and learners, and driving innovation in the use of educational technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support within the e-learning department to both external and internal clients.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide first-line support to students and faculty regarding functionality and troubleshooting.
Manage the creation and maintenance of internal and external user accounts.
Generate, analyze, and distribute reports on user engagement, course completion rates, and system performance to faculty and leadership.
Provide training and generate compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assume responsibility for other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, ICT in Education, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning management and instructional design.
Proven experience leading digital learning initiatives at an institutional level.
