Job Description
Role Objective
The Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will own the end-to-end implementation of a multi-entity accounting system for UAE operations. The role involves driving design, configuration, integration, and go-live phases to ensure a robust and compliant financial ecosystem for a company that builds hyper-customized ERP solutions for various industries across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Ownership
Design multi-entity ERP structure including legal entities, consolidation, and intercompany workflows.
Define global chart of accounts and entity-level variations.
Set up UAE VAT, compliance standards, and reporting frameworks.
Finance Module Implementation
Lead the implementation of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Oversee Fixed Assets and Cash & Bank management configurations.
Multi-Entity & Intercompany
Automate intercompany invoicing and reconciliation processes.
Manage consolidation and group reporting requirements.
Implement transfer pricing considerations.
Data & Migration
Define migration strategies from legacy systems.
Ensure data validation and reconciliation post-migration.
Integrations
Integrate with HRMS, payroll systems, and banking systems.
Connect ERP with Reporting/Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Delivery & Governance
Lead the implementation partner and define sprint plans, backlogs, and milestones.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Successful go-live within the planned timeline.
Zero critical accounting mismatches post go-live.
Fully automated intercompany transactions.
Production of audit-ready financial reports.
Requirements
5–10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
At least 2 full lifecycle implementations on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong finance domain knowledge, specifically in multi-entity accounting.
Exposure to UAE VAT and regional compliance standards.
