Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving vehicles as authorized by the Board.
• Carrying out routine checks on the vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
• Detecting and reporting any malfunctioning of the vehicle's systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and trips.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the vehicle at all times.
• Overseeing the safety of passengers, goods, and other road users.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Ensuring strict adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
• Reporting any incidents to the police and/or the office immediately they occur.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Person Specification

For appointment to this position, a candidate must have:

• KCSE D plain or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• A valid driving license.
• A valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Occupational Trade Test for Drivers Grade III.
• A certificate in First Aid.
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
