Key Responsibilities
Run and manage fermentation, distillation, and associated process control systems.
System Operation:
Monitoring: Continuously monitor critical parameters including temperature, pressure, and production yields to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues in real-time to prevent downtime.
Collaboration: Work closely with the laboratory and maintenance teams to ensure process accuracy and equipment reliability.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in a process plant environment (e.g., distillery, brewery, or chemical plant).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility: Comfortable and willing to work in a shift-based system.
