Caritas Microfinance Bank is a licensed microfinance bank regulated by Central Bank of Kenya. Caritas MFB offers a full range of innovative and customized financial services with a special focus on the unbanked and underbanked. Its headquarters are located in the Nairobi CBD.\n\n### Role Overview\nThe Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for ensuring quality service to customers, effective utilization of marketing tools and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The position involves meeting with clients in person to drive sales.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Pitch and explain the types of financial services provided to potential clients.\n- Educate clients and answer questions about products.\n- Advice clients to ensure that they buy products that best suit them.\n- Guide clients through the buying process.\n- Assist in selling various Caritas Microfinance Bank products and ensuring optimal level of customer services through various sales calls on telephone.\n- Administer and ensure compliance with all sale objectives.\n- Manage selling various products in a professional manner.\n- Monitor all customer queries and ensure a timely response to all issues.\n- Coordinate with customers and provide various company plans and services and detail quote for all required information.\n- Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products.\n- Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources.\n- Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.\n- Research on new market opportunities and techniques.\n- To perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization goals and objective.\n\n### Minimum Qualifications and Experience\n- Degree in any field from a recognized Institution.\n- A previous experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.\n- Possess Good customer care skills.\n- Computer literacy.\n- Have a Proven track record of success in sales-related fields.\n- Strong communication skills.\n- Have a confident and resilient personality.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates who meet the criteria above are encouraged to send their application letters and detailed CVs to: Email: .
