Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking a Direct Sales Executive for Home Broadband based in Marsabit. The primary objective of this role is to drive customer acquisition and ensure high levels of service delivery through direct sales and field marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and customer education on top-up procedures.
- Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned area.
- Track adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding acquisition and onboarding.
- Manage the recovery of devices from non-compliant customers.
- Provide first-level support through on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues and network problems to the appropriate support levels.
- Collate daily target achievements and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets.
- Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and generate ad-hoc reports as required.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities.
- Provide customer insights and suggest products or services to meet their needs.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives such as roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of outdoor sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry (though not mandatory).
- An understanding of telecom or fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.

- Commercial Acumen: Understanding the competitive landscape, device offerings, packages, and commission schemes.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to understand and explain solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
