Our client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to be based in Machakos. The primary purpose of this role is to market and sell the company's products and services to all customers in a professional manner while adhering to financial controls, processes, and retail operations policies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Achieve targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Management: Monitor Telkom’s inventory and consignment stock for accurate daily balances of physical stock and movements.
Financial Management: Manage daily cash floats and account for daily sales.
Customer Experience: Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to increase sales.
Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers, especially on the configuration of data devices.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales.

Technical: Marketing skills, Product Knowledge, Upselling and Cross-selling, Solution-Oriented, and Customer Relationship Management.
Core: Customer focus, Networking and building partnerships, Influencing and negotiating, and Analytical thinking.
