Our client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to be based in Kisii. The primary purpose of this role is to market and sell company products and services to all customers in a professional manner. The role holder will need to adhere to and function within the guidelines for finance controls, processes, and policies that encompass the retail operations mandate.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales: Achieve targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Management: Monitor Telkom’s inventory and consignment stock to ensure accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock daily.
Financial Accountability: Manage daily cash float and account for daily sales.
Customer Experience: Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to increase sales.
Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers, specifically regarding the configuration of data devices.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales.

Technical Competencies: Marketing skills, Product Knowledge, Upselling and Cross-selling, Solution Oriented, and Customer Relationship Management.
