Job Description
The Kenya Property Developers Association is the representative body of the residential, commercial and industrial property development sector in Kenya. We are looking for a digitally native operator who understands how attention works and how to convert it into engagement, leads, and brand authority. In this role, you will manage and grow KPDA's digital presence as a commercial and influence engine.
Role Purpose
You will support event marketing and delegate conversion, membership visibility and acquisition, and brand positioning and thought leadership. You will be expected to create, test, learn, and optimize digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Execution: Plan and execute social media content across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
Campaign Management: Translate events and programs into high-converting digital campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Track and improve engagement, leads, and conversions.
Digital Storytelling: Support digital storytelling including industry insights, events, and policy themes.
Management: Manage content calendars and maintain posting discipline.
Optimization: Analyse performance and recommend improvements (what worked, what didn't).
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Digital Proficiency: Deeply comfortable with social media, content, and digital tools.
Creative Execution: Able to turn ideas into clean, sharp content quickly.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just post; you measure results.
Soft Skills: Proactive, self-driven, and obsessed with understanding what captures attention.
Bonus Skills: Ability to design (Canva, Adobe, etc.), understanding of copywriting/storytelling, or prior experience running content platforms/campaigns.
