Digital Product Management and IT Engineering Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Mapping: Document and map business processes (As-Is / To-Be workflows) for digital transformation and related automation initiatives.
• Human-Centred Design Support: Conduct stakeholder research, persona development, and customer journey mapping to support design practices.
• Backlog Management: Support product workstreams by maintaining sprint documentation, status reports, and tracking deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare presentation decks, reports, and artefacts for steering committees and stakeholder review sessions.
• Product Research: Conduct market and internal research to inform product decisions and benchmark against industry best practices.
• Change Management: Support adoption tracking, change management activities, and post-go-live feedback coordination.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and follow through on action items arising from project meetings and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least a Second-class upper honor.
• Disciplines: Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines.
• Eligibility: Must have completed the qualification within the last one year or be scheduled to complete on or before April 2026.
• Certifications: Certifications in Agile, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Development are required.
• Age: Candidates should be 25 years and below.
