The Digital Platforms Analyst is responsible for coordinating and supporting digital platforms and functionality for Personal & Business Banking (PPB) clients in-country. This role focuses on alignment with platform enablers, segment value propositions, and client life journeys. The successful candidate will translate business requests into executable technical requirements, perform root cause analysis, and identify opportunities for platform improvements while collaborating across teams to build and scale digital solutions securely.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Coordination: Support digital platforms and functionality specifically for Personal & Business Banking (PPB) clients.
Technical Analysis: Translate complex business requests into clear, executable technical requirements.
Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis on platform issues and identify actionable opportunities for digital improvement.
Collaboration: Partner with various internal teams to build, design, and securely scale digital platforms.
Enablement: Support the design and enablement of digital and eCommerce value propositions tailored for Personal and Private Banking clients.
Integration: Manage the integration of digital, open banking, and platform features into specific segments to drive growth.
Requirements
Education: A First Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in digital platforms or eCommerce.
Strategic Knowledge: Understanding of digital platforms as a product and how they enable value stream teams to deliver with autonomy.
Sales Integration: Experience in integrating digital and eCommerce growth strategies around specific products and go-to-market plans.
Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of open banking and platform integration frameworks.
