The Digital Media & Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving Mawingu's digital presence, content strategy, and marketing campaigns. This role combines creative content production with marketing execution, ensuring that our brand reaches and engages target audiences across digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about connecting communities through technology and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Content & Multimedia: Create, manage, and innovate high-quality, on-brand digital and multimedia content across all online platforms.
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions using data-driven strategies.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze digital performance metrics to improve content effectiveness, engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally and with partners to deliver cohesive digital campaigns and support events and activations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or multimedia content creation.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media trends, and content marketing.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
