Job Description
To lead digital marketing strategy, brand visibility, customer engagement, and online lead generation for the company’s solar and energy solutions business. The role will focus on strengthening the company’s digital presence, driving customer acquisition, analyzing market trends, and positioning the brand competitively within Kenya’s evolving renewable energy market.
Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business growth goals.
Drive brand awareness and online customer acquisition.
Create targeted campaigns for residential, commercial, and industrial energy solutions.
Content & Brand Management
Manage social media platforms, website content, and online campaigns.
Develop engaging marketing content, product promotions, and customer education materials.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Manage online lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization.
Utilize SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and digital analytics tools.
Track customer acquisition metrics and campaign ROI.
Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor positioning.
Support sales teams with digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Identify emerging digital opportunities in the energy and solar sector.
Data Analytics & AI Integration
Utilize AI-driven tools for customer engagement, campaign optimization, and analytics.
Prepare digital performance reports and marketing dashboards.
Leverage data insights to improve marketing efficiency and customer targeting.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with sales, operations, and branch teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
Support branch launches, product campaigns, and customer activation programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience & Profile
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in solar, energy, technology, or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
