Job Description
Employd Staffing Solution is seeking a Digital Marketer on behalf of their client, an Audit Firm. The role involves managing the firm's online presence, developing strategies to engage prospective clients, and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
Content Creation: Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, and copywriting for social media, the company website, and various marketing campaigns.
Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor their performance, and optimize for the best possible Return on Investment (ROI).
Reputation Management: Manage and grow the company’s online presence and reputation through active engagement and inquiry responses.
Lead Generation: Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters specifically designed for lead generation.
Market Analysis: Monitor trends in digital marketing and the real estate industry to identify new opportunities (as applicable to the firm's portfolio).
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and property teams to support promotions and property launches.
Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
SEO & UX: Optimize website content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and enhanced user experience.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications: Professional certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO are considered a significant advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with social media advertising, analytics tools, and management platforms.
Competencies: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Creative Skills: Excellent content creation and copywriting skills are essential.
Tools: Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
