Job Description
St. Luke’s Orthopaedic and Trauma Hospital is an ultra-modern hospital that has been providing specialized care since its establishment as a clinic in 2005 and its transition to a full hospital in 2012. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to oversee and enhance our digital brand presence. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing the hospital's social media and website, and creating high-quality content to engage patients and promote healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
Manage and optimize the hospital’s website and social media platforms.
Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor digital campaign performance and generate analytical reports.
Manage online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads.
Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain digital communication databases.
Track trends in healthcare digital marketing and recommend innovative approaches.
Strengthen the hospital’s digital brand presence and online reputation.
Collaborate with internal departments to promote hospital programs, services, and events.
Support digital patient engagement initiatives and service awareness campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a hospital setup.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital advertising, SEO, social media management, and content creation.
Experience using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Graphic design and basic video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Experience in healthcare marketing is desirable.
