We are currently recruiting a Deputy Head of the Prep School for the academic year commencing September 2026. Role Overview
The Deputy Head of the Prep School will assist in the leadership and management of the preparatory section, ensuring the delivery of technology-based education to a diverse student body. The role involves maintaining high academic standards, fostering a culture of dedicated study, and committing to the school's core values of integrity and self-discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head of the Prep School in the daily management and strategic leadership of the section.
Oversee the implementation and quality of the British National Curriculum.
Mentor and supervise teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Manage student discipline and promote a positive, caring school environment.
Facilitate the integration of technology into the educational framework.
Engage with parents and stakeholders regarding student progress and school activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience teaching in an international school environment.
A mandatory Teaching Qualification (BA/BSc with PGCE/B.Ed or equivalent).
Mandatory registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Possession of a BA, BSc, or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Must be IT savvy with the ability to integrate technology into education.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
