kasneb was established as a state corporation under the National Treasury by the Government of Kenya on 24 July 1969. The mandate of kasneb is the development of syllabuses, conduct of professional, diploma and technician examinations, and certification of candidates in accountancy, finance, credit, governance and management, information technology and related disciplines.
Reporting to the Director, Accreditation and Quality Assurance, the Deputy Director will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity, security, and excellence of the examination processes and activities. This senior role involves coordinating the processing of results, analyzing performance metrics to inform strategy, and leading quality management system implementation.
