Job Description
Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a Delivery Driver (Car & Motorcycle) to transport products, official documents, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Transport products, official documents, and equipment safely to customers, suppliers, and company sites following assigned schedules.
Operate both company cars and motorcycles depending on task requirements and route optimization.
Verify delivery documentation by securing signed delivery notes, receipts, and proof-of-delivery acknowledgments.
Perform daily routine vehicle and motorcycle checks, report maintenance needs, and maintain fleet cleanliness.
Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and properly handling cargo during transport.
Utilize GPS navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps) to navigate local traffic efficiently and minimize delays.
Uphold professional communication with clients during handoffs and promptly report any road incidents or delays to management.
Requirements
Valid driving license with current endorsements for both cars and motorcycles.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a commercial delivery driver, rider, or corporate courier.
Strong knowledge of local roads, city routes, and traffic navigation using smartphone applications.
Prior experience delivering for business enterprises, logistics firms, or technology companies is highly preferred.
Clean driving record with a commitment to traffic laws, defensive driving, and transport safety regulations.
Physical capability to assist with cargo handling, loading, and unloading.
Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
