We are currently hiring Debt Collectors to follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate repayments, and help drive recovery performance. This is a commission-based role, offering high earning potential for results-oriented professionals.
Responsibilities
Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of collections activities.
Resolve payment issues and disputes professionally.
Work closely with internal teams to meet recovery targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years’ proven experience in debt collection, credit control, customer service, or a related role.
Industry Background: Experience working within microfinance institutions, money lending companies, SACCOs, fintech lenders, or collections environments is a strong advantage.
Education: A minimum of a Diploma qualification.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
