Internationally we are affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) which represents over 100 million motorists worldwide.\n\nReporting to the Credit Manager, the Debt Collection Agent will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate debtor records, and supporting the Company’s credit control function in minimizing financial risk while maintaining positive client relationships.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Timely recovery of outstanding debts from various clients.\n- Maintenance of accurate debtor records and files.\n- Support the credit control function to minimize financial risk.\n- Maintain positive client relationships through professional negotiations.\n- Regular reporting to the Credit Manager on collection status.\n\n### Minimum Job Requirements\n- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n- CPA (Part II) or equivalent accounting qualification will be an added advantage.\n- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in debt collection, credit control, or accounts receivable management.\n- Experience in customer service and handling difficult negotiations.\n\n### Desired Skills and Competencies\n- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n- High level of integrity and professionalism.\n- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.\n- Proficiency in MS Office applications.\n- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.\n- Good understanding of credit control processes and customer management.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates are requested to apply online through the Zoho Forms portal at the following link: .
