Job Description
Renegade Air is seeking professional, safety-driven Dash 8 Captains to join our expanding operation. We provide safe, dependable, and cost-effective air transport solutions to a wide range of clients. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, a proven safety record, and the ability to navigate dynamic regional environments.
Responsibilities
Command and manage Dash 8 aircraft operations to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Supervise and lead flight crew members, ensuring effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
Make critical operational decisions regarding flight safety, weather conditions, and route planning.
Maintain strict operational discipline and adherence to civil aviation regulations and company procedures.
Operate effectively within diverse and changing regional flight environments.
Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
License: A valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Flight Hours: A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
Command Experience: At least 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
Ratings: Must possess a valid Instrument Rating and a valid Multi-Engine Rating.
Type Rating: A Dash 8 Type Rating is considered a significant added advantage.
Safety Record: A proven history of safety and professionalism in aviation.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and aeronautical decision-making skills.
High level of professionalism and operational discipline.
Ability to manage complex flight operations in regional settings.
