Job Description
KPMG is seeking a Cyber Transformation Lead (Associate Director level) to drive the growth and delivery of our Microsoft Security and Cyber alliance pipeline across Africa. This senior role is critical for converting alliance opportunities into revenue-generating engagements and managing the end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity mandates.
Role Overview
The Cyber Transformation Lead is accountable for managing the end-to-end pursuit and delivery of cybersecurity mandates, including SOC deployments, Identity and Access Management (IAM) programmes, Zero Trust architectures, and cyber resilience frameworks. This role serves as a primary revenue contributor and acts as the senior face of KPMG to Microsoft’s security partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Convert the Microsoft Security and Cyber alliance pipeline into signed, revenue-generating engagements across Africa.
Own the end-to-end pursuit and delivery of cybersecurity transformation programs.
Manage complex projects such as SOC deployments, IAM programs, and Zero Trust architectures.
Act as the senior KPMG representative within the Microsoft security partner ecosystem.
Drive revenue growth personally accountable for alliance-attributed cyber revenue.
Provide senior client-facing presence and deep cybersecurity transformation expertise.
Requirements & Qualifications
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification (Required).
Microsoft Security certifications (SC-100, SC-200 or equivalent) (Strongly Preferred).
Minimum 12 years of experience in cybersecurity.
At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing consulting or advisory role.
Proven track record of delivering cybersecurity transformation programmes for major enterprise or government clients in Africa.
Demonstrated experience working within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to originate and deliver cyber solutions.
