Harley's Limited is seeking a qualified Cyber Security Analyst/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance, design, and implementation of robust cyber security solutions aimed at protecting the company's hardware, software, and networks. Additionally, you will serve as a technical resource for other departments, providing education and addressing technical issues regarding features, functionality, integration, and installation.
Key Responsibilities
Security Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, implement, and maintain various security platforms and software, including anti-virus systems, routers, email gateways, switches, firewalls, cryptography systems, SIEMs, and MOM solutions.
Auditing and Recovery: Conduct regular server and security audits. Manage system backup procedures and recovery processes aligned with disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Test system performance regularly and present statistical reports to leadership.
Strategic Planning: Support capacity planning and contribute to long-term strategic goals for systems software in line with the IT strategy.
Compliance and Log Analysis: Coordinate and oversee log analysis for managed services to ensure adherence to security requirements and company policies.
Best Practices Enforcement: Implement network security best practices through audits of routers, switch configurations, firewall settings, and change control processes.
Collaborative Support: Provide professional technical support and customer service via email, text, and phone calls.
Procurement Support: Participate in the selection and acquisition of new software and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a cyber security or similar technical role.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in designing and implementing software systems and applications. Strong knowledge of systems planning and security principles.
Certifications: CNN E certification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
