This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Completion: Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure product availability.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Complaint Resolution: Handle and escalate customer complaints promptly, ensuring timely issue resolution and follow-up.
Payment & Warranty Processing: Support accurate payment processing and assist customers with warranty claims and processing.
Payment Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure accuracy in payment handling and records while adhering to company cash handling procedures.
Delivery & Aftersales Support: Coordinate timely deliveries and order fulfillment; support after-sales services including returns and exchanges.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
Previous customer service experience in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good computer literacy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
