We provide vital diagnostic, monitoring, and screening testing from routine to specialized and esoteric tests through standalone laboratory facilities and in partnership with other institutions/organizations.
We are looking for a high-performing Customer Service Manager to lead our team and drive service excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing customer service team to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure the delivery of excellent client experiences at all customer touchpoints.
Handle and resolve customer escalations professionally and efficiently.
Drive and maintain service excellence standards on a daily basis.
Monitor team performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience: 3+ years’ experience in customer service management is preferred.
Ability to lead and motivate a professional team.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
