We are seeking an IT Expert to support our dental 3D scanning partners. You will handle complex technical escalations and provide comprehensive, multi-channel support for Windows devices and specialized proprietary software. You’ll be the "go-to" Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal teams and external small business clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Deliver hardware and desktop support for Windows devices and specialized dental software via calls, email, and chat.
- Operational Leadership: Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve daily workflows and provide technical coaching to front-line agents.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the SME for dental 3D scanning hardware, resolving deep-tier technical issues.
- Service Excellence: Ensure all customer complaints are resolved efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications and Requirements)
- Qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
- Experience: 1–3 years of IT Help Desk experience. Previous experience in a startup or dental environment is a huge plus.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Language: Fully proficient in English for communication and documentation.
- Specialization: Ability to quickly master proprietary software and hardware configurations.
