Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Excellence and Logistics Specialist to join our team in Nairobi. This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring operational efficiency within the logistics framework.
What You’ll Do
Order Management: Oversee annual order entry, ensure sales orders are entered on time across all entry channels, and manage the Henkel e-shop and EDI monitoring of orders.
Invoicing and Claims Management: Handle invoice entry and management, manage commercial credit and debit notes, and oversee the claims and complaints management process including Master Data.
Reporting & KPIs: Support the Master Data Management (MDM) team in generating reports for Customer Service (CSX) operations to achieve KPIs. Utilize ticketing systems for case management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to judge and align priorities to meet customer expectations and business needs.
Customer Experience: Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including testing via the CSX organization.
Continuous Improvement: Actively review existing operations and generate new ideas to assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
Workflow Prioritization: Prioritize own workflow to ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness using performance management systems.
Systems Utilization: Utilize customer service support systems and tools such as SAP, SCBI, and Service Cloud to drive efficiencies and provide feedback for improvement.
Compliance: Plan activities to ensure business continuity and improve customer satisfaction while complying with Henkel Corporate Standards, Global SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), and Sustainability requirements.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Customer Service and Logistics.
Skills: Strong customer management abilities and excellent collaboration skills.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP, SCBI, and Service Cloud is highly beneficial.
