Role Summary
Pharmaplus Pharmacies is seeking a CRM & Retention Lead to take full ownership of customer retention and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and maximizing the lifetime value of our customer base through data-driven strategies and multi-channel engagement.
Core Responsibilities
Channel Management: Oversee and execute customer engagement through email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing channels.
CRM Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies and targeted marketing campaigns.
Loyalty Programs: Design, build, and manage loyalty programs to increase repeat business.
Customer Segmentation: Analyze the customer base to create segments for personalized and relevant marketing outreach.
Lifecycle Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize customer lifecycle marketing journeys to improve overall customer experience and engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Repeat purchase rate
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Retention rates
Revenue generated from CRM channels
Churn rate reduction
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and track retention-focused KPIs.
