Internationally we are affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) which represents over 100 million motorists worldwide.\n\n### Role Summary\nReporting to the Finance Director, the Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s credit management function, ensuring effective credit risk assessment, timely debt collection, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role will safeguard the Company’s revenue by maintaining an optimal balance between risk control and business growth.\n\n### Responsibilities and Duties\n- Overseeing the Company’s credit management function.\n- Ensuring effective credit risk assessment for new and existing accounts.\n- Managing timely debt collection and credit control activities.\n- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulatory requirements.\n- Maintaining an optimal balance between risk control and business growth objectives.\n- Developing and implementing credit control policies and procedures.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\n- Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) Finalist/Completed.\n- Professional membership with ICPAK or relevant professional body.\n- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in credit management, debt collection, or financial analysis.\n- Experience in developing and implementing credit control policies and procedures.\n\n### Desired Skills and Competencies\n- Strong analytical and financial risk assessment skills.\n- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills required).\n- Excellent negotiation and debt recovery skills.\n- High level of integrity and attention to detail.\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.\n- Sound understanding of relevant financial and regulatory frameworks.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates are invited to apply online through the AA Kenya portal at .
