Responsibilities
Define clear project objectives for each campaign.
Generate creative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
Drive creative projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
Monitor spend reporting to understand how each project impacts campaign margins.
Conduct resource forecasting to plan and allocate resources to specific tasks.
Scheduling and overseeing project deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Present thoughts, ideas, and project structures to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience: Prior experience in creative project management, ideally within digital advertising, media, or creative production environments.
Project Management: Proven ability to schedule, track, and prioritize work correctly under critical deadlines.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Collaboration: Confidence working in an international, cross-functional environment, collaborating with creatives, account teams, and other partners.
Aesthetics: A good eye for creative quality and high attention to detail to ensure standards are met across all delivered assets.
Language: English language proficiency is required for professional communication in an international environment.
