Role Overview

Responsibilities
Define clear project objectives and generate creative ideas.
Drive creative projects from start to finish.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
Spend reporting - understand how the project impacts campaign margin.
Resource forecasting - plan and allocate resources to tasks.
Scheduling - oversee project deadlines to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Present thoughts, ideas, and project structure to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience in creative project management, ideally within digital advertising, media, or creative production environments.
Ability to schedule, track, and prioritize the work correctly with critical deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Confidence working in an international, cross-functional environment, collaborating with creatives, account teams, and other partners.
A good eye for creative quality and attention to detail, ensuring high standards across all delivered assets.
English language proficiency needed to communicate effectively in a professional, international environment.
