Key Duties and Responsibilities
Court Filing: Handling both physical and electronic filing systems for court documents.
Case Management: Managing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining court schedules.
Documentation: Preparing and organizing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Liaison: Interacting with court registries and providing support to advocates on active matters.
Administrative Support: Providing general legal secretarial and administrative assistance to the team.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Law or Paralegal Studies.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm.
Proven experience handling court processes and legal documentation.
Experience in legal secretarial/administrative work.
Willingness to learn and adapt to digital court systems and processes.
