Safal Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Cosmetology Instructor based in Kilifi. The role involves delivering both theoretical and practical cosmetology instruction to trainees, developing curriculum plans, maintaining learning tools and equipment, and providing guidance and counseling to students.
Key Performance Areas
Teaching trade theory and trade practicals
Preparing Lesson Plans and Schemes of Work
Maintaining records of work & task analysis
Carrying out trainee assessments
Ensuring proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment
Operating machines and using relevant trade tools
Conducting co-curricular activities
Maintaining students' discipline
Guiding and counselling students
Requirements
Academic Qualification: Diploma Certificate in Cosmetology
Professional Registration: Valid TVETA Trainer's License
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
