The Corporate Sales Manager at Skills Geographic Kenya (SGK) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for a diverse portfolio of office products and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate sales and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to improve performance, productivity, and customer engagement.
Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing deals.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification: Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business management will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate sales within a similar or related industry (IT solutions, office equipment, office furniture, automation systems, power solutions, or related sectors).
Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

Compensation
Salary: Kshs. 300,000 - 400,000 plus company benefits.
