The Corporate Sales Manager is a senior role responsible for leading B2B and institutional sales development, focusing on uniforms and allied supplies for corporates, schools, and institutional clients. The position requires a highly experienced professional capable of managing complex relationships, large-volume contracts, and navigating public sector procurement processes across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B & Institutional Sales Development: Generate and grow B2B sales for uniforms and allied supplies across corporates, schools, and institutional clients.
- Key Account Management: Develop and manage long-term relationships with corporate, educational, and institutional clients to drive repeat business and contract continuity.
- Government Bids & Tenders: Identify, prepare, and manage government and institutional bids and tenders for bulk supply contracts in compliance with procurement requirements.
- Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations for large-volume contracts, pricing structures, and supply terms while ensuring commercial viability.
- Market Expansion & Client Acquisition: Identify new corporate and institutional opportunities across Kenya, leveraging existing industry networks.
- Sales Planning & Target Delivery: Develop and execute corporate sales plans aligned with revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Industry Networking & Relationship Building: Maintain and expand strong industry connections to support continuous business development.
- Pan-Kenya Travel & Client Engagement: Travel extensively across Kenya to meet clients, attend tender briefings, and support negotiations.
- Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management: Track sales pipelines, prepare reports, and provide updates on corporate and institutional sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in corporate or institutional B2B sales.
- Proven experience handling large-volume contracts, key accounts, and government tenders.
- Strong existing industry connections within corporate, education, or government sectors.
