The Corporate Sales Manager role is crucial for driving B2B and institutional sales specifically for uniforms and allied supplies. This position focuses on generating high-volume bulk orders from various large entities, including corporates, educational facilities (schools), the Army, Police, and other paramilitary institutions across Kenya. The manager will be responsible for leading key account management, overseeing government tenders, and negotiating large-volume contracts to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage B2B and institutional sales pipelines specifically for uniforms and allied supplies.
Lead complex government bids, tenders, and secure bulk supply contracts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key institutional clients, including corporates, schools, and security institutions.
Negotiate and close high-value, long-term contracts efficiently.
Drive and execute the institutional sales strategy, ensuring optimal key account performance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Corporate / Institutional Sales.
Connections: Strong existing industry and institutional connections are essential.
Track Record: Proven track record in securing government tenders and executing large-volume B2B deals successfully.
