Hemingways Travel Limited (formerly known as Express Travel Group), an IATA accredited Travel Management Company (TMC), is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate accounts. The successful candidate will focus on delivering tailored travel management solutions, building long-term client relationships, and positioning Hemingways Travel as the preferred provider for corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.
Tenders & Proposals: Respond to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders, coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive business proposals.
Account Management: Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular client review meetings (QBRs) to assess performance, savings, service levels, and identify growth opportunities.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for client issues, collaborating with operations and management teams for resolution.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs to inform sales strategy.
