Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including freight, customs, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
- Monitor operational performance, analyse data, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with agreed KPIs, customs regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Prepare operational performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations management.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP or other logistics/supply chain qualifications are an added advantage.
