Job Description
UNICEF has developed Bebbo, a free parenting application that guides parents and caregivers from pregnancy through the early years of a child’s life. Bebbo provides evidence-based, age-tailored guidance across health, nutrition, responsive care, play and early learning, safety, child protection and parental well-being and mental health, and offers functional features that allow caregivers to record and monitor immunizations, growth and developmental milestones.
The application is available at no cost on iOS and Android, functions offline, and is designed for multilingual deployment, with centrally curated content managed in a Drupal-based Content Management System (CMS) and adapted and translated by each participating country.
Key Responsibilities
Support digital content management and operations for the Bebbo parenting application within a Drupal-based Content Management System (CMS).
Create, edit, organize, localize, publish, and quality-assure content and media for multilingual deployment.
Provide remote support to country, field, or client teams, including troubleshooting, workflow guidance, follow-up, and coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop technical documentation, user guidance, standard operating procedures, or training materials.
Deliver virtual training, demonstrations, or technical clinics to country teams and partners.
Clearly document issues with reproducible steps and evidence, and coordinate resolution and retesting with developers or technical service providers.
Apply UNICEF digital, accessibility, data protection, and child-safeguarding standards across all tasks.
Requirements
Education
An advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in communications, marketing, digital media, information management, information systems, information and communication technology, library or information science, international development, social sciences, business administration, or another field relevant to the assignment.

Demonstrated hands-on experience of more than two (2) years using a content management system (CMS) to create, edit, organize, localize, publish, and quality-assure content and media. Practical experience with Drupal or another enterprise or open-source CMS is required; direct Drupal experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience supporting country, field, or client teams remotely, including troubleshooting, workflow guidance, follow-up, and coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and developing technical documentation.
Experience developing user guidance, standard operating procedures, or training materials and delivering virtual training, demonstrations, or technical clinics.
